Age:  12-18 months old

Benny is a beautiful purebred German Short Hair Pointer.   He is between 12-18 months old, and weighs 46 pounds.  He was held at a rescue until the time was up for his previous owners to claim him.  Their loss, your gain.   Benny has a great temperament.  He loves people, and wants to play, play, play and keeps himself occupied all the time.    Benny's foster parents called him 'Busy Benny".   He knew 'sit', ’stay’, shook both paws and was already crate trained when rescued.     Benny will do best with an active family and a large yard.  He would do well with an underground containment fence.  Benny has been completely vetted, neutered, and microchiped.    He is currently enrolled in the Canine Companion Prison Program learning basic obedience skills, and will be paroled in May.   His foster parents expect he will graduate with honors.
